Our interactive 2-hour workshops are one of the most valuable and engaging sessions you can bring to your club, group or community setting.

Children are often incredibly resilient and capable during emergencies when they are given the confidence and knowledge to respond. These workshops help equip children with practical first aid and safety skills they can use in real-life situations, while encouraging calm thinking, communication and helping others.

Sessions are energetic, hands-on and designed to keep children actively involved through demonstrations.

Every child receives a certificate of participation.

Most providers deliver first aid in a rushed 60-minute session.

We do it differently.

Our workshop is delivered over two 90-minute sessions, one week apart, giving children time to learn, reflect, and build confidence step by step.

In Session One, we focus on staying safe and knowing what to do first. Children learn how to recognise if something is minor or serious, when to call for help, and how to deal with everyday injuries like cuts, grazes, and bruises.

In Session Two, we build on that learning with more serious situations. This includes burns, fractures, choking, and CPR.

By spacing the sessions, children are not overwhelmed and have time to properly absorb what they’ve learned.

The result is simple: calmer, more confident children who know how to respond in an emergency.
Every child receives a certificate of participation.

Turn your community sessions into life-saving learning.

Be the change.
